If your going to the trouble of cooking a turkey and want it to be a hit your going to want some delicious turkey gravy to go with it. And here's a easy way to make a delicious turkey gravy that your family and friends are going to love.

For Your Recipe You Will Need

1. 2 Large Packs of Turkey Wings

2. The Turkey Giblet Pack From Your Turkey.

3. 6 Cans Chicken Broth.

4. 1 Cup Fine Chopped Celery.

5. 1 Cup Fine Chopped Onion.

6. 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil.

7. 1 Cup Plain All Purpose Flour.

8. 1 Teaspoon Salt.

9. 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper.

You want to start off with your first 5 ingredients added to a large enough stock pot to cook your ingredients in. Cook your ingredients until the turkey is done. And then remove from the heat and set aside.Once cool pour your ingredients through a strainer and set your liquid to the side.

You want to start off with a heavy frying pan and make a roux by cooking your flour in the vegetable oil until it is golden brown. Now you want to add in the liquid gradually that you set aside stirring often to make sure everything gets mixed up well. At this time add your salt and pepper into your turkey gravy.

You can chop your turkey giblets up fine and pull meat off the turkey wings and add to your turkey gravy. You may also want to grate about 4 hard boiled eggs into your turkey gravy. This makes the most delicious turkey giblet gravy you will ever eat and every one will be wanting your recipe.
