The Hub Before Christmas
'Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the Hub
Not a Hubber was stirring, not even their mouse;
Their stories all written and published with care, In hopes that people read and click the ads there.
The Hubbers were nestled all snug in their beds, While visions of earnings danced in their heads;
And Maddie in her 'kerchief, and Ryan in his cap, Had just settled down for a long winter's nap.
When out on the Forums there arose such a clatter
and Ryan Jumped up to see what was the matter
straight onto windows he flew like a flash
tapping his keyboard and gritting his teeth
The moon on his monitor reflected its glow
and the office was cold because of the new fallen snow.
A spammer A spammer oh what a sight they are spamming the forums on this christmas night.
Maddie oh Maddie what can we do the forums are ruined, I haven't a clue.
The panic and fear was so clear in their eyes this terrible spammer had caught them both by surprise.
Wonder of Wonders a sight for sore eyes a magical vision came out of the skies.
Fear not my dear friends Mark and Misha are here with our reindeer and sleigh we will fix those nasty spammers and send them away.
With a few choice words of four letters or more the spammers fought well but ended up heaped on the floor.
Mark and Misha had done it Hubpages was saved, Then went back to the reindeer and their flying sled.
Maddie and Ryan went to bed happy having banned and registered the spammers ips.
Twas the night before Christmas and the Hubbbers were asleep knowing nothing of the spammers not even a peep.
