Twice Baked Potatoes

This recipe is one of my FAVORITES! I demand you to try this at home! Your family, girlfriend,boyfriend, WHO EVER will love this!

Ingredients

  • 4 Idaho Baker Potatoes
  • 4oz Sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Chives (minced)
  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees, poke holes in potatoes, bake for 1 hour
  2. Let potatoes cool a little and scoo flesh out of the skin, CAREFUL to keep skin in one piece. *SAVE THE SKIN*
  3. In a bowl combine, flesh of potatoes,sour cream,and chives
  4. Place the mixture in the saved skins equally
  5. Bake for 20 minutes
  6. Serve with a steak dinner
