Next, you will need to find and follow targeted Twitter users using relevant keywords. This is very time consuming, but also very important. Luckily, there are tools to help you do that, albeit, ineffectively. Most of them are more trouble than they are worth. When you follow a user, they will generally look at your profile. This is the first time they'll see your link. They will probably follow you back, especially if you have decent Tweets, which is where RSS feeds come in handy. Anyway, when they follow you back, you can send them a nice welcome message, again with your link. Try to get yourself a nice group of targeted Twitter followers reading your manual Tweets advertising your product link and RSS content. Now, the next part is entirely dependent on how aggressively you want to promote your product. You can manually send out DMs and @replies. This is all manual, and an awful lot of work.
