Just recently, I paid a visit to my local Blockbuster to check out the latest movie releases. Of course, one of their "Too good to pass it up" promotion sales was in progress. " ~ 3 Movies For $20.00!! ~"

These are usually "previously viewed" movies that retail for $14.99 and the titles typically include more than the 2-star titles that sell for $3.99.

"I Am Legend" is based on the novel by Richard Matheson. Dr. Robert Neville, a military virologist, is the lone survior of a horrific plague that has wiped out all of the population in New York City. The other remaining "survivors" are mutant victims that have the qualities of vampires; they hunt by night and are driven back by light.

"Seven Pounds" will bring tears to your eyes! It is an outstanding movie, but did not get the reviews or Oscar award it merits.

In this film, Will stars as IRS agent, Ben Thomas. Motivated by guilt, he is on a mission to give seven different gifts away to seven different people; thus, he is on a personal quest for redemption. That's all I will say, because this movie is definitely 4 stars * * * * and you need to experience it for yourself!

Catlyn, I agree with you those are two of my fav Will movies. He is indeed a movie star because he carried the movie I Am Legend, all by himself. When I heard about the premise of the movie, I thought it was going to be boring, but he held my attention tothe end. I loved 7 Pounds as well. I hated the ending though.

Dynamic, Thanks for reading the Hub and I appreciate the comment. I would have to say I like Will in dramatic roles more than I do in comedy. I watched Seven Pounds last night and the ending was abrupt!
