• Straw Hats - It is essential to cover the head to prevent the hair from being sun-bleached .Besides using the straw hat also keeps the face in the shade. Hats with wide brims also prevent premature wrinkling and freckles from appearing on the face, neck and shoulders. These hats are most available at places close to the equator. Therefore whether you are strolling out or gardening, just do not forget to put your straw hat on.

It’s high time that you sit up and take note of your dermatologist’s advice of using a good sunscreen .And also make it a point to change your lifestyle because a little effort today can prevent bigger risks tomorrow. Try some shady brady hats on for size!
