MAKE THEM WORK FOR YOU!

Seriously...

Let's put some context around what the Reverse Funnel System actually is, and why Ty Coughlin is equivalent to being your employee.

If you've been surfing the internet lately, you may have come across a number of whinging people saying negative stuff about Ty Coughlin and his story about how he became a millionaire by promoting this thing he calls the Reverse Funnel System. But then again...you may be oblivious to cynics, and if so - Congratulations (and I think you better call me :-)soon! :).

But I have to be honest, at first, seeing that lazy bum sitting half naked in the sun really annoyed me. I now know that is part of the psychology behind this rather unique marketing tool. It will always evoke an emotional reaction, it's designed to. Some people look at that photo and think - "Gee I wish that was me sitting there", some may think, "That could never be me sitting there" and then you have a reaction from people like me - I was so fired up that I decided to make him work...for me! (more on that later...)

Let me ask you - what is the emotional response that you get? How does this photo make you feel?

From my research, it appears that there are generally 3 ways that people tend to react to Ty Couglin and his Reverse Funnel System.

  1. Inspired & Motivated
  2. Envious or Skeptical
  3. Downright Cynical

Ironically, this relates perfectly to what the likes of Dale Carnegie, Earl Nightingale & Bob Proctor (just to name a few) have been teaching for many decades....."there are 3 types of people in the world, those who make things happen, those who watch things happens, and those who wonder what happened."

Now getting back to working these guys...

First we need context, so let us use the example of a small business owner, or a contractor who wants to take a short vacation or a mini break to attend to a family matter. We all know that a majority of the world is trading time for money, so when a small business owner takes time off, they have a choice, either pay someone to look after the business and continue earning an income, or they shut shop = no income.

So it appears the same for us as online marketers, when I take time off, or choose to only work a few hours per day, I also have a choice - do I pay someone to work for me, or stop actively marketing and let what I have in place do the work for me - and here lies the BIG difference, either way I still earn an income!

So in reality, Ty Coughlin and his 'you beaut' system are employed by me to do the selling and the closing of the sale for the Global Resorts Network Travel memberships. I pay $10 per day to my employee, whether I give him work or not!

So to get the best value for my dollar, I have to make sure I keep feeding him enough work, and I am not an easy boss - I make him work 7 days a week - 24 hours a day! Gotta pay him anyway - may as well make the most of this slave labour!

There is a second component to creating a leveraged online business, but I will have to keep you guessing for a while longer. It does have a lot to do with what Team a person chooses to learn from....and I am naturally very biased being a proud member of the Global Mentors & Empowered Entrepreneurs Team.
