Private Lender In 60 Seconds

The resolution for the immediate couple of years will be individual lenders. But how does
a real estate investor discover individual lenders. Well, detecting a private lender is
not nearly as difficult as people imagine. Here are several ways to find possible lenders
for your real estate investing business.

A. Elevator Speech : Make Up a " 60 second " elevator speech and network with everyone
you know including friends, kinfolk and business affiliates. Spread the news you are
looking for investors.

B. Real Estate Investment Clubs: Join your local REI group and web and circulate the word
you are a real estate investor and looking for private lenders to invest in your deals.

C. Join professional networking groups: You can join networking groups and be sure to
join and drive home your "60 second" elevator lecture at chance.

D. Postcards: You can buy names of high net worth individuals and send a postcard
inviting them to call you to receive free data from you or attend an informational
conference about your real estate investing business and private lending.

E. Letters: Mail letters to a superior net worth list as preceding or send it to
multitude that have already phoned or emailed you from your postcards.

F. Small Localised Newspaper Ads: You can place ads in smaller newspapers offering the
reader to attend an educational  seminar or request a free report.

G. Flyers: Post handbills at senior centers and areas where superior net worth people
attend and traffic.

H. Speeches and Meetings: Offer to present a 30 to 60 minute educational presentation
about real estate investing and private lending.

I. Senior Center: Advertising in senior center newsletters, newspapers or even bulletin
boards can be a prosperous way to get prospective lenders. Again, be certain to offer
free information or invite people to a seminar and offer solid information.

J. Law Journals: Most counties and bigger cities have weekly or monthly journals for the
local attorneys. You may wish to look at advertising in your county's journal
volunteering to help the attorney with high net worth customers and potential healthier
returns than they are currently making on CD's or money markets.

K. Internet: You can broadcast the word over social networking web sites. All The Same,
merely offer to supply educational data and do NOT make an offer to borrow money through
internet sources. Crusading directly through the internet will attract attention from
governmental agencies and that this is not the attention you desire to attract.

L. Talk : Sing to everyone and circulate the word about what you do and what services you
provided.
