Licorice Plant

This is a video answering the question: How is licorice made and where it comes from. Licorice International has a web site with a list of catagories of countries of licorice:

American Licorice

Australian Licorice

Canadian Licorice

Just to name a few of the countries listed on their site.

This is a front row seat to how the licorice plant is used and was used in the past. I think it answers the question: How is licorice made?

What parts of the world the licorice plant is found in.

How it gets its' color.  Enjoy the video.
