According to the design of golf carts and the purpose they serve, golf carts can stay in use for a very long time without breaking down completely. Most golf carts do an average of 24 kilometers per hour; this speed reduces the rate of accidents involving the golf cars as they are commonly called. With such a long life spun, it is possible to find so many used golf cars around mainly because as golfers upgrade to newer models, the old ones remain intact. Although golf carts were originally meant for use in the golf course, some people have decided to extend their use to other sectors as well.

Some places where the use of gasoline vehicles is prohibited, especially some specific islands, people have resorted to the use of golf carts as an alternative means of transport. Whether new or used, most golf carts will serve you in a good way because they do not break down easily and have very low wear and tear. It is very rare to experience golf cart related accident unless in the case of minors below the age of 16. This makes the use of golf carts very safe in comparison to other motoring methods.
