When traveling, there is always the risk of pickpockets getting a hold of your wallet. This is where money belts come into play. They help ease your mind by hiding your money under your shirt making it hard for pickpockets to steal your money.

Pickpockets know that these money belts exist, but the design of the money belt makes it hard for any pickpocket to steal your money. They are more likely to go after a wallet in your pants than to try to get access to a money belt.

What is a Money Belt?

Money Belts are basically a small cloth pouch with strings that ties around your waist and straps underneath your shirt, making it hidden from view. They zip up and keep your money safe.

Another type of money belt, is actually a belt that has a hidden compartment. This compartment is very well disguised and can come in many different types of fashions to fit your wardrobe or even some look guide with even a suit. These types are good even to just keep things out of your pockets. Make sure to buy one that's comfortable for your skin, for instance cotton instead of plastic which tends to stick to the skin after warming up.
