I have to admit first and foremost, "I am no rocket scientist," but dang nab it !!!, I am not exactly stupid either. Admitted, I never attended an Ivy league College, nor am I a Rhodes scholar. Some good old folk would even badger me because I've never even exercised my right to suffrage (right to vote). I never saw the use in it, and have always believed that to vote is a waste of time and effort.

For me and many others, George Bush proved this when he TOOK the white house by storm. I cannot claim to be overflowing with patriotism although, I am an honorably discharged military verteran. One thing is for sure, I attempt to be honest and I speak my mind directly, clearly, and thouroughly. I try hard not be be hypocritical, even still, sometimes I fail.

A genius, maybe/maybe not, but, does it take one to figure out the English word "abolished" means do away with, end, destroy, and/or eliminate ? Sounds, pretty straight forward to me. Back in the days I was enlightened when I was studying constitutional law; (which the Constitution of the United States is the document) I swore to protect and defend against all enemies foreign and domestic.

Oh my God !!! What the heck!!!!! Rooted/stuck in my tracks because The Thirteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution which "abolished slavery" is not worth the ink nor the paper it is written on.

Hence, the 13th Amendment Hoax: which In part it states:

"..Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude except as a punishment for a crime shall exist in America or any of it's territories ..." yada, yada yada.

'Contradictory to the max,' like the valley girls of old would say "like, groty to the max !"

What is the problem you may ask. The answer is simple. Look at the Title of the Amendment itself. It is the title, the dang blasted title that reads "Slavery Abolished."

Now like I said, I am no Einstein, but, how in the hay was slavery done away with, eliminated, destroyed, ended, and all that jazz, when there is a clear EXCEPTION to Abolishing. Are you as confused as I am ?

Someone please call the lawyers of the N.A.A.C.P., past, present, and future; Call the Civil Liberties Union; call the president; call congress; I don't understand. Have a seance, summons Thurgood Marshall, Martin, Malcolm. Please tell me that somebody with a higher education than myself, recognizes that Houston, we got a problem here.

History has been undone:

What would Harriet Tubman, Fredrick Douglas, Kunta Kenta, or Cheekay do or say. Reinstate the underground railroad; Flee to Canada; Get both feet cut off because of running away; or argue in the court system "Give us Free ?"

Seems to me with my unaccredited education that all the marching; children getting set-upon by mobs with clubs and dogs in the civil right era, is akin to placing the cart before the horse. Jim Crow was surely a system that needed to be dismantled, but, how did slavery slip through the cracks.

I guess, Free labor can never be done away with. Makes me wonder if this has any connection to the demographics of the disparity in sentencing of African descendant's recieving longer prison sentences for commiting identical crimes as people from other races.

Do the descendants of chattel remain chattel, whereas, our ancestors were property anyway?

Why are the So called black leaders seeking reparations for what happened in the formulation of America. Is not it too soon to apply for reparation, not to mention receive any. A reluctant insincere apology is more befitting under the circumstances. What the hay ? What's wrong with you "Pseudo Leaders" asking for reparations ? We have not finished enslaving you all yet. You have to wait at least until the Program is really over and ended to apply for payment.

Slavery isn't over yet, it was Amended, didn't you read the Amendment carefully ? As a matter of fact, the north really lost the war. The southern slave holding states were actually the victors. The South will Rise again !!!! and Indeed it has with:

State sponsored slavery, "the prison industrial complexes." The new more efficient modern day plantation.

Where are you Jessie ? Al ? Junior ? Barak ? Ebenezer Church mobilize.

Is this really the land of the Free ? I know it's definately the home of the slave ! There Over 2 billion slaves in American prisons right now and on any given day for that matter. At least back in the 16 through 18 hundreds there were some states that did not practice the peculiar institution.

Ain't "that peculiar" Mr. Wonder, today, all fifty states, and most of American territories are slave holders. What more Ironic, now the citizens pay taxes to fund the plantations. Somebody is definately smarter than I. I wonder if our ancestors are rolling over in their graves.
