Workout: STEPS

1. Lie down flat with your back resting on a mat

5. Flex your spine into an arc and stay in that flexed position for 15-20 seconds

6. Now come down to the original resting position

7. Repeat again

8. Hold the flexed position for as long as you can. Initially, hold for 15-20 seconds and later try to hold on for a longer time. The more you stretch, better are the results
