Unable to connect to the AOL radio in AOL Messenger. Cause: The problem occurs if the browser cache is full.   Symptoms: Unable to connect to the AOL radio in AOL Messenger. | Cannot listen songs on the AOL radio.   Solution: Open AOL Messenger. From 'File', select 'AOL', click 'AOL Explorer'. From 'Tools', click 'Settings'. Click 'Internet Options'. In 'Temporary Internet files', click 'Delete Files'. Select 'Delete all offline content'. Click 'OK'. Click 'Delete Cookies'. Click 'OK', 'Apply', 'OK'. Close window.   Details: America Online (AOL) provides an instant messenger called as AIM. The application enables you to communicate with people online. AOL also provides the online radio service. You can select a radio station and listen to your favorite songs. Sometimes, you may not be able to connect to the AOL radio due to the large number of cache and cookies files in the browser cache. To resolve the problem: 1)Open AOL Messenger. 2) From the 'File' menu, select 'AOL', and click 'AOL Explorer'. (The 'AOL Explorer' window appears.)    'AOL Explorer' window  3) From the 'Tools' menu, click 'Settings'. (The 'AOL Explorer Settings' dialog box appears.)    'AOL Explorer Settings' dialog box  4) In the 'Internet Options' group, click the 'Internet Options' button. (The 'Internet Properties' dialog box appears.)    'Internet Properties' dialog box 5) In the 'Temporary Internet files' group, click the 'Delete Files' button. (The 'Delete Files' message appears.)    'Delete Files' message 6) Select the 'Delete all offline content' check box. 7) Click 'OK'. (All temporary Internet files are deleted.) 8) Click the 'Delete Cookies' button. (The 'Delete Cookies' message appears.)    'Delete Cookies' message 9) Click 'OK'.
