The Baby shower cake will make you the hit of day at the shower. If you want, you could buy the "ingredients" for the cake yourself and make it up, or there are some online stores where you can have them made up for you.
These are the ingredients you will require for you baby diaper cakes:
- Lots of Diapers ( of course :-) Make sure and use trusted name brands. It would be really embarrassing to have someone at the Shower say "oh, be careful with these diapers, they are the cheap one. I tried them once and they fell apart".
- Ribbon for tying around the cake. Make sure and buy quality ribbon, so it looks beautiful.
- Items (filling) to put inside the cake. Make sure these provide fun and comfort for the newborn and the parent. These items might be a Baby Growth Chart blanket or a Hooded Baby Towel, or Baby Care Kit.

- Make sure all items are assembled with care and can be 100% usable.
- Insure that the baby shower cake is beautifully wrapped.
- Make sure the Baby shower cake is shipped with care to insure it arrives all intact.
- If you are a smoker and you're making the Baby cake yourself, make sure it is made within a smoke free environment, so there are no odours on any of the goodies.
