Super Smash Bros. Brawl - Family Friendly Fighting

Super Smash Brothers Brawl for the Nintendo WII can provide hours of fun for people of all ages. In order to enjoy all the game has to offer, you have to unlock all the playable characters. There are 14 characters that must be unlocked, and each one is unlocked by completing a different task. Once you know what tasks to complete, the rest depends on your own gaming abilities.

Captain Falcon can be unlocked by completing the game on Classic mode with a difficulty level of Normal or higher in less than 12 minutes.

You can also play 70 offline Brawl matches.

Unlock Falco by successfully finishing the 100-Man Brawl or by playing 50 offline Brawl matches.

Ganondorf can be unlocked by completing Classic mode on the Hard difficulty while using either Zelda or Link.

Playing 200 offline Brawl matches is an alternate method. Jigglypuff is unlocked by first completing Subspace Emissary (SSE) mode and then completing Event Matches 1-20.

You can also play 350 offline Brawl matches. You can also unlock the character by going to "The Swamp" on the map in SSE mode. After defeating the giant Diddy Kong, look for a door to swim to as the cannons shoot you.

Lucario is unlocked by defeating Lucario in SSE mode with Meta Knight or by completing all five Target Tests with any character.

You can also play 100 offline Brawl matches. Luigi is unlocked by playing 22 offline Brawl matches or by completing Classic mode on Easy without using any continues. Marth is unlocked by playing 10 offline Brawl matches or by completing Classic mode in any manner.

Mr. Game & Watch can be unlocked by playing 250 offline Brawl matches or by completing all the Target Tests on a single difficulty with 30 different characters.

Ness is unlocked by completing five offline Brawl matches or by reflecting 10 projectiles. One of the original characters to the franchise, his unique playing style is back in Super Smash Bros.

Brawl. R.O.B. the robot is one of the new characters to the Super Smash Bros. franchise and is unlocked by acquiring 250 different trophies or by playing 160 offline Brawl matches.

Snake can be unlocked by playing 130 offline Brawl matches or by playing 15 matches on the Shadow Moses Island stage.

Sonic can be unlocked by completing Classic mode with 10 characters or by playing 350 offline Brawl matches.

Toon Link is unlocked by first completing SSE mode and then completing Classic mode. He is also unlocked by playing 400 offline Brawl matches.

Wolf O'Donnell is unlocked by completing SSE mode and then successfully completing Boss Battle with Fox or Falco.

An additional method is playing 450 offline Brawl matches.

One thing only few Wii owners are aware of is the fact that you can play homebrew games on your Wii and also play absolutely every game from N64, SNES, and Sega Genesis.
