Uploading videos to Revver versus YouTube. Advantages/Disadvantages.
70YouTube is a superpower when comes to uploading video but Revver is making it's way up the ladder and competiting with YouTube. Both have it's advantages and disadvantages but who better then who? That's for you to decide.

- Tons of users=tons of content meaning that their is a lot more content their is on any other website.
- Ton of users=tons of views. If you making your videos so unique or interesting will put your video at the top.
- Easy to use interface.
- Embed player that allow yous to put it almost anywhere.
- It's great place to get noticed.
Revver Video-Will It Blend-iPhone
YouTube Disadvantages
- Crappy Content
- Fake Content
- Low Quality
- No Revenue Options
- Annoying tag in video
Advantages of Revver
- Higher quality video stream
- Revenue Options
- Great tools
- Embeded Player
- Rating sites: digg it, stumbleupon, del.ci.ous and furl
- No annoying tag in the video
Revver Revenue Sharing
Revver shares their revenue as follows:
40% goes to the creators
40% goest to Revver
and 20% goes to sharers.
It's an awesome way to make a little green on the side. Now of course it's not over night but at least you get money for sharing some of your fav videos and uploading orignal content.
Disadvantages of Revver
- Not as many users (less traffic)
- Not much content
- Not as popular
They only way you'll be able to decide which is better for you is by trying them out. Now both sites are free, so it's a win-win situation.

Great info. Thanks for sharing. I uses both YouTube and Revver. Uploads to YouTube is a breeze but I have to be very patient and determined with Revver. It took me 7 days and just as many attempts before I finally succeded in uploading a 24MB mp4 video to Revver. The quality is good and I hope it brings in some extra cash too.
