I have been writing about Upside Down Mortgages since 2006 and in that time I have helped hundreds of families with their mortgage situations. Many of them had missed payments and they were upside down on their mortgage. Other notable programs are the FNMA's Upside Down Mortgage Program Round 1 and Round 2 that are newly available and people are lining up to get this help.
