Just recently our friend had been told she had breast cancer and needed surgery. You can get coupons for places like the Gap, Baby Gap, Macy's even has coupons that you can use.

Imagine if the companies gave you cash to buy their products, this is basically what coupons are. They are as good as cash, you just have to take them with you and use them.
