Use Positive Affirmations
70Positive Affirmations bring positive attitudes
Positive affirmations have been used since humans could communicate. They are personal and positive statement given in the present tense. They are statements of what we want or wish to be. They are great tools for change through having positive attitudes.
If you aren't using them then you should. Start your day with a positive affirmation. Remember not to use any negative statements such as "I am not anxious" but instead say "I am strengthened, renewed, healed". This will then lead you to have positive attitudes in your daily life.
Keep positive affirmations short and to the point. These are also easier to remember. Say them regularly through the day. If you suffer from stress or negativity affirmations will help you develop a powerful and positive attitude to live a successful, healthy and fulfilling life.
These are some of my own positive affirmations:
I respect myself
I accept who I am
I am thankful for such a good life
I am healthy
I am free I travel the world
