Using Bloglines to Capture Feeds

Why Use Bloglines
When I'm doing research on any project or niche, I like to be able to receive all the fresh, new information about my topic in one place and in an organized manner.
Bloglines was reccomended to me several months ago as a method of keeping up with the current blogging activity from bloggers that I follow. I had used Yahoo as an RSS Feed agregator, and liked it well enough, but have since decided that Bloglines absolutely blows Yahoo away.
Oh, by the way. Bloglines is completely free!
Did You Realize That It Was This Easy To Get RSS Feeds?
Go to the Bloglines main signup page and click Register in the top right hand corner of the page.
Fill out their form with the information they request. They will send you a confirmation email, so be sure to give them an active email account.
Once you have confirmed your account by clicking on the link in the email they sent, you will be taken to a page that allows you to set up some favorite topics. I just skipped that part. You can always go back to this part later if you choose.
Then you're in. It's that easy.

Go to the "Registration" link at the upper right-hand corner of the page and complete the form. Did I mention that it's free?
Subscribing To RSS Feeds
Bloglines makes it extremely simple to subscribe to a blog's RSS feeds. This short video is a very good tutorial on subscribing to RSS feeds. As you will see, while watching this video, it is something that anyone can easily do. It doesn't take an internet technogeek to do this.
An Amazing Bloglines Feature
If you are using the Firefox browser, there is a better way to subscribe to RSS feeds. I've described this incredibly simple and handy method in the following video.

I've never heard of Bloglines, but it sounds great!
To keep up with the trends of what users want, Bloglines has recently added a Flikr feed and they've expanded their embedded video support. They've cleared more than 30 different video sites to stream video through Bloglines, including Blip.tv, Break, Brightcove, Cnet, CNN, CollegeHumor, Dailymotion, Metacafe, Myspace, Revver, Videoegg, YouTube, and more.
