Hubpages provide some capsules include RSS capsule. RSS or (Really Simple Syndication) is a syndication that collects news resume from other website or other blog. This capsule is almost same with capsule news.

Blogger like to embed RSS in their blog so they could watch the progress news from other blog or other sites. You do not have to the sites or blog. Some blogger said that other RSS blog or site could attract the visitors too.

Some people have reported the capsule collapsing. Perhaps they are wrong to put the RSS feeds into capsule. Makes sure you put right RSS feeds into RSS capsules. If you feel sure but your capsules still collapse, you may contact Hubpages.

Make an RSS capsule is not difficult actually. You just copy link location RSS feeds or atom feeds and then paste it at the capsule. The blog usually put symbol at below of the web page. Make a nice title in the capsule title.

You can follow the step to make an RSS capsules into your hubs:

1.       Find the nice blog or site that similar with your topic. You can use search engine.

2.       Go to the site or blog. Notice the page, they good blog or site must put RSS.

3.       Point the mouse to RSS symbol. Right click on the RSS button. Choose “copy link Location. (picture.1)

4.       Open RSS Capsules and paste your feed. Give the title of your capsules. Below feed, you can see maximum number item display. You can choose up to 10 news or blog post.  THE capsule also offers the post method like one line, full description, and shortened description. I like shortened description. (picture.2)

5.       Save the capsule and you will get RSS capsule

Perhaps a new Hubber is confused what RSS feed for the Hubpages. I suggest you put RSS that has similar content with your Hubpages. For example, you write about investment hubs, you should put Investment web or blog RSS like www.bloomberg.com, www.investopedia.com , www.finance.yahoo.com, etc. Alternatively you can display any free content from open source article like www.ezinearticles.com, www.goarticles.com, www.articlebase.com, etc.
