Using Wordpress for affiliate marketing
75Why wordpress
I use wordpress as my CMS system for creating content to market affiliate products. The nice thing about wordpress is it is FREE. You also have many plugins available to help customize your wordpress site which are FREE.
The only cost necessary is hosting and domains. So for less than the price of a nite at the movies you can create income marketing affiliate marketing and have fun along the way.
Wordpress is very intuitive to use and you can create highly targeted niche content sites to market affiliate products or generate adsense income. I have set up an informative ecourse on using wordpress to create your own site and learn affiliate marketing from the ground up. My ecourse is FREE and I do not promote multilevel affiliate programs.
I personally have wordpress sites making several thousand dollars per month and my cost to set them up was the price of a domain and monthly hosting cost of less than $25 per month for all sites.
I have now moved my primary money makers to dedicated servers which does cost a little bit more but it was not before I was generating a nice profit from the sites.
Also if you own your site to market from you don't have to worry about being banned or a site shutting down. I personally don't like to have my income reliant on other people or services. If I am in control of my online real estate then my promotional efforts and content are my responsibility and I have complete editorial control.
This does not take away from sites like Hubpages. It accentuates their use and one compliments the other. You can find out more about it in my free ecourse.

Great post, I currently use wordpress for 90% of my affiliate websites. So much so that I actually created a plugin to help affiliate marketers. Wordpress is much more than a blogging platform, it can be converted into a CMS, or like my plugin used to rapidly create datafeed driven sites.

Using Wordpress to build and manage sites is a great idea! I have only started using it in the last 6 months but those sites perform way better in the search engines than my other static sites
