I cant tell you how many times I hear the question from people who are new to direct sales and network marketing. How do I get people to join the business. My answer always the same. YOU DON'T. Guys its way more simple than we make it. All you need to do is put your self out there so the people who are looking for you can find you. There are plenty of people who are looking to start a home based business. STOP trying to convince the ones that are not. You don't even have to go looking for people. Because everyday there are millions of people looking for you. You should concentrate on putting your self out there so the people who are looking for you can find you. ONE of the many methods I use is web 2.0 and You Tube. You can check it out at youtube.com. I created a simple video that shows people what I do ever day on a day to day basis. In five months its had over 35,000 views. Now I just sit back and wait for the phone to ring. You don't need to go talk to friends and family or buy expensive leads from brokers. However that is not really necessary. Any kind of web cam will do. Its not the video quality that matters it's the message. With that said its extremely important for the video to be interesting. Get creative. Make sure you are portraying your self as the leader people want to follow. I Hate when I see a video of some boring person rambling on. Keep it short and get to the point. All that's left is to slap your phone number and website and load it up. If you do a good job... sit back and watch the phone call's come in Good luck!!!
