Just 20 minutes north of Ixtapa, Troncones provides you with so many options to explore, from quiet beach time seclusion to the excitement of the restaurants and nightlife of Ixtapa.

The view of the beach and ocean are spectacular. With a cold refreshment in hand you can stroll to the beach or dive into your own private swimming pool complete with palm trees and poolside bar.

You will have your own 2400 sqare foot private villa, two bedroom home and two intimate palapa covered guest casitas each with private bathrooms and a recently completed 2 bedroom and 2 bath apartment above the bodega situated amongst the tops of the palm trees looking out over the beach and casitas.

On the grounds, your private swimming pool and lush landscaping with palm trees provide lots and lots of shade for those quiet moments, when a good book, soft chair and a cold drink are all you want.

The bedroom configuration is as follows: main house has 2 bedrooms, each with a king bed and full size bed (each bedroom also has a full, private bath). We often have parents and their young children sharing the main house.

The 2 Casitas are identical, each with a king bed and full, private bath. Each of the Casitas has an identically stocked

kitchenette, and the main house has a full kitchen.

There are 2 apartments. Each apartment has a queen bed, and full, private bath. The apartments share a "kitchenette" - cook top stove, fridge, table/chairs, bottled water, coffee pot, utensils, etc.

Each of these "units" is contained within a "compound". The property owns 4 beach front lots, with the middle 2 containing the house, Casitas, ands apartments. That provides an "undeveloped" lot on each side for "insulation" with palm trees on each of the vacant lots. All guests have full access to the pool. Guests renting only the house would have exclusive access/use of the house, while the same is true for the Casitas and apartments.
