a Dream Vacation in Paris France

Paris hotel booking online and discounts and free goodies in Paris + Learn french fast...

You have come to the right place...

Are you thinking about taking a vacation in Paris?

You are soo right. Paris is the most beautiful place in the world.. I know because I've been there twice. I came home from a two week vacation in Paris yesterday. (2007-07-12)

Mona Lisa, Notre Dame, Sacré Coeur, Le Louvre, Montparnasse Tower, Opera Garnier, Champs Elysées and so much more..

I'm still walking on clouds.. All the wine, champagne, gourmet food, art and music.

Pain au chocolat, french fries, paté de canard, camembert, moules.... mmm my mouth is watering.

Paris really has it all...

But let me Give you one paris hotel reservation tip of advice.

It's very smart if you book your hotell in advance. We did not do that because we wanted the freedom to choose when we were there.

Bad move...

There are soo many people in Paris and we were forced to go from hotel to hotel to see if they had any rooms available. It's the same throughout France. (a popular country).

Problem solved...

I recently found a site that offers Paris hotel online booking. The good thing about this site is that you can book hotels in the centre of Paris. They have both budget and luxury hotels. From 2 to 4 stars.

You can also choose which monument you want to live close to. If you want you can wake up to the eiffel tower every morning.

How about that?

Discounts in Paris

Another thing that you should keep in mind is that Paris is very expensive. If you want to see many monuments and places you will have to pay to gain entrance.

Example: Le Louvre costs $12 per person. (8.50 euro) (Mona lisa is located in le louvre)

Also you need to use the metro to get to the different monuments.

The fees builds up fast. Your vacation in Paris can be very costly if you don't control your expenses.

But I found a way for you to access all these monuments, museums, art galleries, special places and even the metro with a special Paris pass.

Once you get this Paris pass, every museum, monument, guided tour, place of interest and even metro will be absolutely FREE to access.

The Paris pass has many other discounts, deals, offers and free goodies waiting for you.

The French Doesn't Speak English

The French people are very polite. They address you with monsieur, madame, mademoiselle.

Also every time you meet someone they greet you with bon jour, bonsoir or bonne nuit depending on which time on the day it is.

Not to forget. Always take farewell when you go. This is very important to french people = Too be polite.

Say: Au revoir.. every time you have to go. (It means good-bye).

But don't think that you can use your English in France. No no...

You wont get far.

Almost everyone in France speaks french. Only a few speaks and understand English.

I tried to explain at McDonald's that I wanted a bottle of water. The clerk had no idea what I was talking about.

I mean: I... Want... Water... Please...

How hard can it be? =)

But this is just the way it is.

It can be very hard for you if you don't learn some french phrases and words.

Imagine yourself sitting on a restaurant and ordering frog legs instead of chicken.. =).

Also if you want to reserve a hotel room it can be very difficult.

I would recommend you to take a look at this program. It's called Rocket French and it will help you tremendously.
