Valerie Bertinelli is Writing Books and Giving Advice on Weight Loss

Ever since she has become a spokesperson for Jenny Craig, Valerie Bertinelli has been on magazines, talk shows and more letting people know how she has done it.

Writing a book about her life experiences she explained about her weight issues and what she did to conquer them.  Now she has a new book coming about about losing weight and keeping fit.

As a child star on One Day at a Time we watched Valerie grow up in front of our eyes.  She married Eddie Van Halen and had a son together. Starring in movies on Lifetime and other networks we watched her as she gained weight and then watched as she started in Jenny Craig commercials with Kirstie Alley.

Now, her focus is helping others with losing weight and getting in shape.

She appeared on Oprah with Mackenzie Phillips to support Phillips on speaking about her abusive past and promoting her new book about her life.
