Varicose veins are swollen veins caused by damaged valves which allow the blood to pass on its return to the heart. If these valves don't function adequately, blood is accumulated in the veins causing varicose veins. This occur mainly in legs even though they may be present in the rectum causing hemorrhoids.

Symptoms of Varicose Veins :

  • A feeling of heaviness in the legs.
  • Muscle pains and cramps particularly in the claves, when standing

  • Sleep with your legs slightly elevated using a pillow or raising the bed a little.
  • If varicose veins are not taken care of they can burst and cause sores.

Vitamin, Minerals and Supplements Needed to Make the Veins Strong :

  • B Complex
  • Magnesium, Potassium, Zinc
  • Warm lotion with aloe vera - rub on legs with upward circular strokes until it penetrates.
  • Apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp mixed with a glass of water, drink 2x a day
