For those that want a once in a life time trip with something unforgettable there is a place in the Caribbean on the island of Puerto Rico in Vieques called the Biobay. What Creates the Glow?

The bay contains a single-celled bioluminescent dinoflagellates. These half-plant, half-animal organisms emit a flash of bluish light when agitated at night. The high concentration of these creatures (Pyrodimium bahamense) can create enough light to read a book from.
