Vinaigrette Dressing
49Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Maitre Jacques Raspberry Wine Vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups Deviance Extra Virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, finely chopped 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon dry oregano
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients; mix well.
- Store in refrigerator.
- Serve chilled over fresh greens.
Stir-grill
Ingredients
- Onion (1 large red and 1 large white Spanish)
- Bell pepper (1 red and 1 green)
- Cabbage (1 white and 1 purple)
- Add other vegetables to suit your taste and liking
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Olive oil
Preparation
- Cut all vegetables in bite sizes and add in salt and pepper.
- Coat with olive oil.
- Grill with medium heat on tinfoil until vegetables seem crunchy.
- Should grill about 10 minutes.
