Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Maitre Jacques Raspberry Wine Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cups Deviance Extra Virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, finely chopped 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon dry oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients; mix well.
  2. Store in refrigerator.
  3. Serve chilled over fresh greens.


Stir-grill

Ingredients

  • Onion (1 large red and 1 large white Spanish)
  • Bell pepper (1 red and 1 green)
  • Cabbage (1 white and 1 purple)
  • Add other vegetables to suit your taste and liking
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Olive oil

Preparation

  1. Cut all vegetables in bite sizes and add in salt and pepper.
  2. Coat with olive oil.
  3. Grill with medium heat on tinfoil until vegetables seem crunchy.
  4. Should grill about 10 minutes.
