While both vintage Halloween and Christmas postcards have become particularly pricey, vintage Thanksgiving decorations are not in the same demand as the other two holidays and so you may find the postcards a bit easier on the pocketbook.

Be on the look out for postcards by Ellen Clapsaddle. She was a popular artist and designer in the early 20th century. She is also one of the most prolific postcard artists before World War I and many of her cards feature patriotic themes. She created postcards for all of the holidays, including Thanksgiving.
