Vitamin B's group is the most needed vitamin when used to treat anxiety. Many people have this type of disorder but some doesn't admitting it. There are several types of anxiety which can be categorized into 2 main categories.

One group considered as normal while the other one is severe. Actually, anxiety involves human psychology which triggers certain nerve system in the brain which leads to the feel of fear for the person. Vitamin B is important for human body. It is needed by our body for the nerve system and especially our brain to continue working since it's the one that controls and commands our body. Vitamin B3 and B6 are the most important in the case of vitamins for anxiety. But, vitamin C may plays a significant role to help treating anxiety too.

Vitamin B3 will help to release stress and increase the ability of human body to control their emotional feelings. Another role played by this vitamin towards our body is helping to absorb other important nutrients. Meanwhile, vitamin B6 will boost immune system and keeps our nerve system healthy. Thus, our ability to control emotions and responses will increase.

As stated before, vitamin C is not a major vitamin used to treat anxiety but it may help a little. That’s why most vitamin C supplements contain a little vitamin B3 too because their functions seem similar which is to boost and strengthen human body.

All of these vitamins for anxiety are proven to be working, but you need to remember that taking supplements and vitamins without exercising will not help too much. The combination of vitamins and exercise will be the best to improve the health of our body and better control of our psychology.
