It protects the lungs from any damages such as from air pollution and it is an essential part in red blood cell formation. In order to get vitamin E, your diet should contain foods such as seeds, wheat, vegetables, oats, egg yolks, sardines, and nuts.
* Vitamin K functions like a glue every time there is a wound. It aids in blood clot when you get a cut. This clotting process is necessary in order for the blood to solidify and prevent bleeding to occur.
