Vitamix Blender has many uses

Vitamix blender (sometimes referred to as Vitamixer) has the reputation of being the best commercial-quality blender on the market today. It is used by many professional chefs worldwide to prepare smoothies, soups, sauces, and other recipes. In my home I use blender mostly to make fruit smoothies and green smoothies, soups and ice creams. Here are some of my favorite recipes.

Vitamix Blender for Ideal Nutrition

For ideal nutrition, it is recommended to consume a diet that is low in fat, animal protein, and sodium, and one that is high in raw, unrefined carbohudrates. Healthy meals should consist of fruits, vegetables, legumes, whole grains, and raw nuts and seeds used in moderation. Ideal diet should consist of at least 70% or more (the more, the better) of calories from fruits and vegetables in their RAW state or lightly cooked or steamed.

How can one consume this much of fruits and vegetables?

Vitamix blender can help you process them in delicious green smoothies, fruit smoothies, juices, soups, creams, ice-creams, that will make it easy for you to stick to the healthy diet!

For best health benefits, use a variety of fruits and vegetables each day. In particular, select from all five vegetable subgroups (dark green, orange, legumes, starchy vegetables, and other vegetables) several times a week.

Did you know that large percentage of modern prescription drugs are laboratory imitations of phytochemicals that occur naturally in whole fruits, vegetables, grains and legumes? Food prepared in the Vitamix blender delivers 100% of these health-enhancing nutrients that are stripped away in refined and processed foods.

Green smoothies are a really simple and easy way to add more veggies to your diet – just take any fresh greens you like and blend them with fruit! Even kids who hate vegetables love smoothies. My current favorite is spinach with 2 big pears. Spinach builds strong bones! Another one is apple with celery.

Books I Recommend

Green for Life Green for Life
"Following Victoria's advice, I added lots of GREENS to my fruit smoothies, and the first day I did so MY FOOD CRAVINGS STOPPED. Bang. Just vanished. Just like my brain's "cravings switch" was flipped to the OFF position. Apparently my body had been craving minerals all those years, and once I started eating GREENS the cravings stopped. And I'm finally trimming down!"

The 80/10/10 Diet The 80/10/10 Diet
The best and truly eye-opening book on nutrition I have ever read. "I guess the most compelling thing about this book is that by the end, the diet proposed within seems like a no big deal, normal, almost. It's like a secret hiding in plain sight. That's amazing considering how truly rare it is to eat in such a way. Go out into the world and you will see it is borderline revolutionary."
