WARNING my Mom's Chair Lift for Stairs Broke and She Broke her Legs!

I never tought that could happen but it did, my mom's chair lift for stairs broke and she broke her legs! I really felt angry and felt like going against the company who sells the chair lift for stairs and just get a normal elevator no matter how expensive that may be.

But then as minds went colder I start thinking in all the facts like if there was some kind of wheel chair lift service required for this stair lift or if the chair lift covers were properly removed. In all case every electric wheel chair whether they are vertical wheel chair lift, stairway chair lift or an inclined wheel chair lift they all just as every other vehicle,  needs needs to be properly serviced or maintained.

They all have the most advanced platform hoist invented which assures you that your wheelchair lift is the safest and most practical technology available today. However, if you don't pay attention to its regular service you may get a disabled hoist and thus a disabled lift the problem with my mom's elevator chair lift was that the technician who maintained the stair lift thought he knew better than the manual and he assured us that the service needed to be done every 6 months and not every 4 months as the manual said. Too bad my mom told me that after her broken leg.

So do I mean Chair lift for stairs are dangerous and you shouldn't use them? Not at all! I love it because my mom loves it too and it has made her life way easier and she even enjoys her chair lift rides I mean even my self had already a chair lift ride just to experience it and it was awesome!. I think what I'm trying to say is be careful, yes be careful to follow the manual instructions so you never get any disabled chair lifts or rather any broken chair lift (or leg).

Other than that you will love it! People usually refers to it as handicapped chair lift I called them pleasure chair lift. when you are coming down on it is almost a sensation of being skiing! From all the ones we checked out in the market whitaker chair and whitakers elevators seemed the most recommended ones but there's quite a variety of brand so good look with your quest and really enjoy them!!
