Is there really Help for the family that are in financial hardship? They say that the banks will help you keep your home. The bank are receiving huge bail out from the government to help people . I don’t  know who they are helping.

  Who are the new laws helping from what I can see nobody that really needs. The banks say they will help you keep your home NOT!!!!!!  Maybe I misinterpreted, what was being said, a loan modification for someone in financial hardship. This program put into effect for people that could afford there homes before the financial hardship hit!!!! For the people who received  bad loans and high rates, YES OR NO!!!

This are bogus claims we will help you keep your home, sure they.  Here a little story for you, government  bail out to save homes. My current mortgage holder is part of the Fannie mea  and Freddy Mac. I called them back in October to find out if I could take steps before my husband was put on layoff!! I was told your loan is current, there is nothing we can do for you until you payments are over ninety. They were no help at all.

Ok fingers crossed, he continued to work until March of this year. The layoff letter came and I call the Bank again. The first man whom, I spoke with said I met the qualification for the new loan modification, (sure we do) sent off all the paperwork to the bank  and waited. We called on a weekly base finally  we received a financial analysts!!!!!  At this point, I was being told that I qualified or we would not have been assigned the analyst let me just say BLOWING SMOKE!!!!!!

Three weeks later the analysts finally calls , spoke with her for all of maybe fifteen minutes. Just a  reminder here the bank has been told several times the he was currently on layoff!!! This women told me that my deficit was to high for them to modify my loan!!!  Thought that was the reason why  banks your modifying loans . I was also ask to reduce my food bill to lessen the deficit that was about the craziest thing I had every heard.

They received billions of dollars to help people, the nerve of them to ask me to take food out of my Childs mouths I was just a little upset!!!!  But this gets even better!!!!  instead of helping me, I was told I needed to file for a quick sale because they were unable to help me  and I could not afford my home!!!(but I am not behind yet) all I could think at this point is WHO THE HELL WAS SHE TO SAY THAT!!!!

Now knowing the programs is for people that have been laid off!!!! Guess what you can not modify your loan if your are not currently employed " DENIED ."  She goes on to try and tell that I  can refinance through a new law and its ok if you are receiving  unemployment. All I can think to myself who is going to refinance someone that is not working. Needless , to say  it was  DENIED  the analysts  passed us to another department !!!!

The Banks want the bailout money but they don’t want to help anyone GRANT FUND FOR DEPARTMENT SET TO MAKE IT LOOK GOOD. BUT NO ONE MEET THE QUIFICATIONS  WHO GET THE MONEY!!!
