Dont stop worrying about the small things, or the big things for that matter. You are liable to forget something and then what?
Instead of worrying about everything make notes for yourself about all of the things that are troubling you and then put the notes down on the table in front of you. You no longer have to worry about them anymore because now at least they won't be forgotten. After breathing deeply for a few moments separating yourself from your worries place the paper in your pocket and read it every once in a while to check off the things that either you removed or removed themselves.
The problems are still there however worrying didn't help solve them any better than making note of them. Worry only exists when you let it.
