Rules and regulations for Mobrule

1. Keep it clean in chat unless you know for sure there are no minors.
2. Notify Binks or LadyLynx or NSDK if you are going to be away.
3. Change your Flag to read MOB.
4. Move to LOBARDY
5. Help your fellow member.
6. You can attack only ALLIANCES in our hostile section. NO ONE from other alliances, Violators will be booted

7. Our sister alliance is MOB-OLYP

8. We are at war with (HONOR)

-The vice hosts must talk to me before they declare war on anyone

-I am the only person to expel members or of any other status.

-I am law and the next in command is the vice-hosts

-I have people from opposite personalities

-One who likes war & One who likes peace

-These two are to talk and compromise when I’m gone!!

Prestige is kind of the rank in Evony. You have both prestige, population, title, cities and honor, but prestige is the number top right on your screen, and many seems to value prestige the highest. Personally I think honor shows a lot more who is the better and more dangerous player, but it’s still pretty cool to have high prestige and be high up there in the rankings. Here are a few tips on how to build prestige quickly.

Warrior training.
One way to make 20 prestige every 10 seconds is to build 20 barracks in one village and keep training warriors there. Warriors take about 10 seconds to build with some bonuses, and for each warrior you build, you’ll get 1 prestige point. With 20 barracks you’ll make 20 warriors and thus 20 prestige every 10 seconds. It’s kinda boring to sit there for a long time building warriors like this, but it’s a real fast way to make prestige points.

Fortifications building.
If you always keep a que of fortifications like archer towers, rolling logs, traps, etc. running while you’re playing, you’ll make quite a few prestige points from this. I usually just start a new building que of fortifications in each of my cities every hour or so while playing, but you can do it more often if you wish.

Attacking NPC villages.
You actually get quite a lot of prestige from attacking NPC villages. You can get more than 1000 prestige in each attack. The key here seems to be to send exactly the troops you need to take out the defence of the city. If you send too many troops the prestige gained will be less. If you attack an NPC city and don’t have any losses at all, you won’t gain any prestige.

the way i like to do it is farm lvl1 and 2 npc send 750 warriors at lvl1 npc and i'll get 200-350 prestige off 1 hit on lvl2 i send 1,250 and i'll get from 400-700 prestige in 1 hit,this is what i do,but my techs in academy are high,you might want to test your techs first and send like 900 warriors at a lvl1 npc and see how much further you can go down and how much more prestige u get :P

Every time you abandon a village it will turn into an NPC village with the same level as the flat you once founded the village on. So what you do is to look around your villages for empty flats with levels corresponding to the level of NPC village you want. Then you just conquer the valley, build a city there, send your workers back and abandon it. You will now have an NPC village there.

I’ve found that level 8 NPC villages are very good to farm, so I try to make as many level 8 NPC villages around my own villages as possible. Other levels might be better for you, but at least make them level 5 or higher, else you will regret it later. Flats change level every day it seems, so wait till the flats close to you are the level you want before making an NPC village there. Once you’ve made the NPC village, it can never be changed. Happy NPC farming!

 1. Teleport:

This one is self explanitary, but there a few things to consider before using this option. If you have a script you can simply move to a new location. There are some risks if you choose to do this. Unless you have an advanced teleport your new location is determined randomly and you could find your self in a worse situation. You could find yourself surrounded by hostile player and now instead of just one person, you are dealing with mutiple attacks. An advanced teleport allows you to choose specific cordinates to put your city but unless you know the nieghbors in that area you can again find yourself a target for an enemy player.


2. Abandon 2nd city:

So you don't have a teleport and the enemy has sent an enormous army to deystroy the city you have worked the hardest on. If you had to choose between losing this city or your other city, you would rather keep this one. If you have two citys your opponet can take either one of them but can't take them both. So if your city is doomed and you dont have enopugh of an army or city defenses to stop it from being conquered, Abandon your other city. Now you only got one city and the enemy cant take it. Evony will not allow a player to lose their last city. Your resources might get taken and your army and wall defenses might get raped but you will retain your city and all the hard word you invested in it to level up your buildings.


3. Abandon 1st city:

This is just another version of the same idea as above. The difference here is that your second city hasnt been attacked so its not as beaten up. This is a good way to go if your two citys are basically equal in size. The reason you want to abandon this city after you decide to go with your 2nd city is that you are denying your enemy of his prize. Either way you lost your city but if you abandon it, it becomes an npc and the other player cant take it either. So you both lose out on having the city.


4. Beg for mercy:


Sometimes players look for easy victories off of players not online. Sometimes a simple letter can get them to call off an attack. sometimes they are asses and just laugh at you and what not, but if your opponet is too big for to handel it's worth a shot. Sometimes getting your alliance leader to send them a letter is also effective at establishing a truce.

5. Enact Truce agreement:

I'm not sure this one is valid. If the game will let you enact a truce script then that will buy 12 hrs of no attacks. It might not let you do it if troops have already been dispatched but if it will, it will buy you time.

6. Transfer Resources:

I will make a new thread on this topic in the near future. There is alot to cover about this. I included a line for it here because its important to consider when you are being attacked. Afterall one of the reasons they are attacking you is for your resources.

 The primary driver in determining your income is your Population Limit (not the actual population).
Here's a few things to be aware of:

• Loyalty = 100 - Tax Rate
• Population = Population Limit x Loyalty (/100)
• Income = Tax Rate x Population / 100
  

A few important things:

• Keep your Population higher than your Labor Force (or you will not produce 100% of your resources).
• If you are being attacked, it is important to keep your loyalty high because you will lose loyalty as you are attacked.

I will try to get someone to upload the file.  It allows you to input your city's population limit.  It will then show you your income depending upon what you set your tax rate to.

Honor in Evony is pretty easy to get, and also pretty easy to lose quickly. The more honor you have the easier it is to lose it. You can even lose honor when you’re winning your battles. Here I’ll give a few tips on honor in Evony, how to gain honor points and stop losing them.

You gain honor points by killing the troops or fortifications of other players, killing NPC troops will not give you any honor at all, but the NPCs might give you prestige. Anyways, the more enemy troops you kill the more honor you get. However, when you get your own troops killed in battle you lose honor, so you have to both win the battle and lose less troops than your enemy to gain honor in the battle. More expensive troops are worth more when it comes to honor.

How much honor you gain also seem to depend on the other players honor and prestige as well as your own. It seems you can gain a lot more honor from a player that already has a lot. Attacking players with 0 honor will still give you some honor points, but not as much as attacking a player with high honor ranking would do.

You also gain honor in scout missions if you happen to kill enemy scouts. This can actually be a good way to gain some easy honor points if you happen to have a lot of scouts. Another easy way to gain honor is to kill enemy fortifications with ballistas. Loosing no troops while killing lots of enemy archer towers will give you quite a lot of honor points, even from weaker players. Feel free to leave comments or questions.

Guide to conquering high level villages

If I’m going to conquer a city in Evony I want it to be a city worth keeping. For me that is a city with high level buildings and several high level barracks. New players with low prestige usually don’t have villages like that, so when I try to conquer cities it is usually cities from high prestige active players. It can be very difficult to conquer a village from a high prestige active player, so I thought I’d explain how I do it.

You need to have high enough title to take two more villages to use this method. The first thing is to get a base close to the city you want to conquer, preferably less than 10 miles from it. What you do is to look for a low prestige hopefully inactive player with at least 2 villages, that has one village close to the high level village you eventually want to have. If there are more easy to get villages to choose from, choose the one with highest rally point and feasting hall.

You take this easy to get village using the normal method, first destroying fortififactions and then scout spamming it. Scout spamming is attacking the village with 1 scout and 1 hero several times until the loyalty is below 15. When it’s below 15 keep attacking it now and then so that the public grievance remains high, it will drop to 5 in 1-2 hours. At 5 the gates will open and now you need to send your army to take out his troops. When his troops are gone you keep scout spamming it till loyaly is 0 and then you get the village in your next attack.

Taking this first village might take you a long time if your other villages are far away, but if it’s an inactive player it doesn’t matter, he won’t be online to stop you from taking it anyways. The next village you’re going to take however is a high level one, from a high prestige player that might have an alliance watching over him, so here you need to be as fast as possible. That’s why you need this other village close to him as your base.

Now move your army to your newly conquered low level village, with enough food to feed them for a while. Hopefully it has a high level enough rally point for the troops you need to send out from it, if not you have to build it, preferably speed build as your new neighbour might notice what you’re doing if you spend too much time on this.. Also fill up the feasting hall with heroes.

Now it’s time to go after the high level village you wanted in the first place. You pretty much use the exact same method as you used to take the low level village, the difference now is that travel time is much shorter so you can do everything real fast. In addition to scout spamming you will now also use your whole army several times, so that you take away all his food and any troops he might be reinforced with.

If he happens to get online during your scout spamming, you have to use parts of your army to attack with instead of scouts, also scout him often too look for reinforcements. It’s very hard to conquer a village of a strong player who is online, but being real close to him with an army much larger than his, it is possible. Don’t give up, good luck!
