WWJD: The Wallet Test
65How honest are you in your dealings with others?
I found something rather interesting on Bored.com. It's called the wallet test. You can have a gander here: http://www.bored.com/wallets/.
It got me thinking about Christian finances, and financial principles. How honest are you in your dealings with others? In Proverbs 20:14 we read: "It is naught, it is naught, saith the buyer: but when he is gone away, then he boasteth" (KJV).
It is one thing to get a good deal. It is quite another to cheat your fellows. When you go through your Christian financial planning process, remember that part of good stewardship is treating others well. This means paying a fair price for what you buy, and charging a fair price for what you sell.
And, of course, returning any wallets you see lying about, as you found them, to their rightful owners.

As a business owner we find cash that customers have left in their clothing. We always give it back - no matter how little or how much is there. Most people are appreciative but it is amazing how many of them are surprised that we are so honest. It is their money not ours so what else would we do?
