The national real estate market is still going through upheaval, and there mau not be a quick end in sight based on many defining real estate metrics available to most of us.

Scott Lerew, of www.LerewBrothers.com realty firm believes that the Wake Forest and Wake county area provides a 'shield' somewhat to the otherwise tumultuous home buying and selling market, due to the Triad area having a larger steady job base, plus the universities that provide an exceptionally stable core population base in the area.

Many of his clients, whether selling or buying a home or land, have found the market and pricing still better than most other parts of the country as a whole, and home sales are steady and actually rising comparatively compared to last year, or the last twelve months.
