Walk Hard Sure to Laugh Hard

Director Judd Apatow hasn't always created hits, but recently, he's struck box office gold win hilarious movies such as "The 40-Year-Old Virgin," "Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby," "Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy," "Kicking and Screaming," and 2007's popular films "Knocked Up" and "Superbad," to name a few.

Fans of Apatow's movies flock to theaters (and DVD stores) to see Apatow's clever humor take shape in some of the oddest, yet likeable characters ever created as stars like Will Farrell, Steve Carell, and a rotating cast of notable actors create some of the most funny films of recent memory.

Apatow's latest comedy classic is "Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story." Those who viewed "Superbad" in theaters this summer were treated with a trailer teaser for the film. The film's arrival date was slated as "coming soon" and that "soon" is Dec. 21, 2008, the date "Walk Hard" is set to thrill its first nationwide audiences, and it's sure to be a hit at the box office.

In "Walk Hard," Chicago-native actor John C. Reilly stars as Dewey Cox, a rock star. Hilarious, often vulgar moments and situations are sure to follow.

Fans got to experience Reilly's true singing talent as a co-star in the film adaptation of "Chicago-The Musical."

To further promote the film, John C. Reilly will perform in character as Dewey Cox with his band The Walk Hards in a live concert series prepared to invade several prominent U.S. cities. The itinerary is scheduled to include:
