Exercising and eating healthy benefits our bodies in many ways. There are so many diets books and diet bills out there promising speedy results. We have all seen it and even try these diets, and some have succeeded. However majority have failed. Why because people metabolisms reacts different to different foods what works for me will not work for you. It is not one size fits all. Also diet bills really does more harm than good to your body. Plus a lot of the crazy exercises that promised speedy results are too boot camp style. Not everybody is able to do this.

Before you start your walk, check with your doctor especially if you have health problems, just as a precaution. Once that is done, start maybe ½ mile then build your momentum to about 6 miles. You can plan your walks according to your schedule. Best times are morning, mid mornings, early evening. For excellent results 3-4 days each week is good. Be consistent; don’t stress it if you only do it twice a week.
In addition, you can walk during your breaks and lunches. This will depend on where your work. Companies nowadays even provide gym rooms for their employees. Take advantage of this.

- Get a friend for support if you cannot do it alone
- Take your dog with you and you both will benefit
- Take your baby on a stroller, great exercise
- Don’t give up, just continue with it
- All you need is a pair of sneakers. You can walk around neighborhood, the park, walking trails etc. Just as a precaution, we all have have seen terrible things out there, so ladies please take someone with you.

Good advice. I am at issue however to the protein that you say is good nutrition. Isn't protein contained in red meats and eggs that are not good for you?
