Photrade is a photo sharing site of sorts, where users upload their own personally owned pictures for free. The beauty of this site and what makes it unique from other photo sharing sites, is that the owners of the photos have the opportunity to actually make money from their pics. Users also have the chance to earn ad revenue from their photos. It works like this.

Every time someone views one of your pics, you earn ad revenue while providing free content to online publications. Meaning if your photo ends up on a widely read website, everytime it is viewed, you earn money! Photos you upload are tagged by you with keywords and descriptions users can easily search for. You can receive payments from Photrade thru Paypal as soon as your account reaches $15.

You also have the option to sell your photos directly thru Photrade. You keep 80% of what the photo sells for (minus the base price Photrade sets for the photo itself) and Photrade keeps the rest. The base price is what Photrade keeps to print or produce the picture once it sells.
