The ThinkGeek Annoy-a-tron is one fundamental tool to be evil and have great laughs being very effective at disturbing that guy in the sales department or your "friend" down the hall.

The Annoy-a-tron produces every few minutes a short, but incredibly irritanting beep! Being very small and with a magnet to boost, the Annoy-a-tron is very easy to hide in almost any possible place! You have three possible sound options (2 kHz, 12 kHz, or alternating) and an on/off switch. The 2kHz sound is already annoying, but if you really really want to make someone tottaly nuts, select the 12 kHz sound. With that higher frequency, the slight 'electronic noise' built into the soundbyte, and the fact that the beeps vary in intervals ranging from 2 to 8 minutes (making it nearly impossible to track the device) you will make a full-grown Admin wonder where his packets are!
