Have you just gone through a break up in your relationship.  Or do you see the possibility of a break up in the near future? Let me share with you some break up advice that will show you ways to get back together.  And if you haven't already broke up keep reading this can help you also.

Breaking up

If you are about to break up or if you have just broke up don't fight the fact that it is happening. At this point it is best to acknowledge that you are breaking up. Tell you loved one something like "I've seen this coming" or "I have been thinking the same thing." Make sure that you are calm a collected. You want to down play the situation, as if saying "you are free to do as you please." This is not what the other person is expecting.

Write a Letter

So you are already past the point of just breaking up.  You have already made the mistakes of calling and texting way too many times.  Now where do you go?  Write them a short hand written letter in which you agree with them about breaking up and tell them that you are ok with it, and that you want both people involved to be happy.  You want to make sure that this letter comes from the heart.

You have to let them go to get them back.  This letter is your opening move which helps balance the field by doing the unexpected.

What ever you do

Do not beg, stalk, or call/text continuously, this can cause the opposite reaction from the reaction that you desire. That is what your ex is expecting you to do. They figure that your going to be a little mad or upset. If you shock them by acting differently than they had imagined you have now placed the ball into your court so to speak.
