A New Way to Think About Sponsoring!

For most people, prospecting and recruiting is a completely emotional EVENT that is driven by fear.. you may even be able to relate?

I was actually my sponsors worst nightmare when I first got started, because they knew that I had the talent, drive and ability to achieve incredible things.. but I always let my own fears get in the way of my progress!

EVERYONE needs to be in a constant state of self improvement & development, because if you havent figured it out yet, this industry is totally ruthless and will expose every weakness you have to the world. Its just the nature of the business.

I had a FEAR of REJECTION believe it or not.. What if someone calls me stupid or worse yet, hang the phone up on me - that can be psychologically destructive if you're not of strong character!

I had FEAR of FAILURE.. What would my friends think of me if I did go broke, like they said I would? What will my upline think of me if I cant produce the results? He told me it was easy to do network marketing, whats he gonna think if I cant?

Then... I had FEAR of SUCCESS.. What if I do sponsor someone? I dont know what to do with them and might let them down - what will they think of me, I'm supposed to be a leader!

When I found Black Belt Recruiting... my confidence grew, my self esteem grew, I started to really believe that I was a leader... and I started sponsoring people into my business with ease.

I started to recognize if the person at the end of the phone was going to be suitable for my business - If not, I WOULD NOT SPONSOR THEM!

That was I was able to interview my prospect, take control and LEAD the conversation and show the person that it was not their choice if they were going to be part of my team!

And that was something I had never considered before... and to be honest, neither did any of my prospects because they were so used to making the decision to join or not!

So if they weren't fired up, ready to take massive action and work part of a successful team, I knew they would be 'dead wood' in my business and have the potential to suck my valuable time from me.. by not taking action on the money system I had for them to duplicate!
