Watch Live to be 150 - Barbara Walters

Did you happen to watch Live to be 150?, the Babara Walter special that recently aired on ABC.

If not it is certainly worth catching as really is an eye opening production.

With 84,000 centurions now living in the United States, and that number predicted to increase to up to 1 million by the time the baby boomers hit their final years being able to watch Live to be 150 tonight was a real thought provoker.

As technology continues to progress and we now enter the Biotech age, many are beginning to believe living to 150 is becoming a real possibility.

Reaching 100: "Live to Be 150... Can You Do It?" focuses on a group of centenarians in an attempt to learn their secrets of such

remarkable longevity and also clears up many misconceptions about living life at age 100.

With centurions still driving cars, playing music in bars and living an active sex life many of these ideas fall outside the mainstream

thinking of Grandma or Grandpa. If you missed Live to be 150 with Barbara Walters, you can watch Live to be 150 on the below link.

Barbara talked alot about the antioxident Resveratrol found in grape skins. Did you know that their is a whole food product called Viva whose 10z shot is equal to 10 bottles of wine?

The longevity ingrediant Resveratrol is already availble in Viva. 1oz of Viva = 10 bottles of red wine.
