Fancast is totally free and legal because there is some advertising that pays for the use of the movies and tv shows. There are short advertisements that you have to sit through, but there are only one, two, or three per program that you watch.

Overall, Fancast is a very good place to find full length tv show episodes, free movies, and other behind the scenes entertainment videos and interviews with stars.

The videos load very quickly, the commecials are not too long or annoying, and the layout of the site makes finding what you're looking for easy.

You have to love a website that will provide movies and let you watch tv show episodes for free online. You can't beat that. I even know a few people who recently cancelled cable due to the ailing economy and watch all their tv shows on the computer. Fancast has really established itself as one of the real "go-to" sites on the web for tv shows, movies, and other video entertainment.  The site also has a pretty entertaining blog section that covers Hollywood and industry-related news.
