The Spiderwick Chronicles

The Spiderman Chronicles is a story of three children and their journey through a fairy tale in an old old house belonging to their grandfather. The house had a mystery that one of the trio accidentally stumbled upon. Somehow the troubles of the house became entangled with the troubled times the family was facing. Its a tale of three teenagers fighing their battles in a magical kingom, against evil, to save the world.

This book has its own share of magical creatures like griffins and goblins and the children get to unravel an all new fantasy world.

This movie may appeal to kids but there has been an overdose of fantastic movies and it does have its scary moments.
