Water Fuel Cells

The amazing power of Water fuel cell technology is currently a massive topic on the minds and in the thoughts of many across the globe. This long known about but only recently popular technology allows hydrogen to be extracted out of water, with the bi-product harmless oxygen. The technology works by use of the concept of electrolysis, and happens when a small charge of electricity is passed through from an external energy source, into two pieces of metal that sit inside a small amount of sealed water. This creates a gas known as browns gas, or HHO gas, put simply, this gas contains two hydrogen molecules stuck together and a seperate oxygen molecule.

The tremendous potential and implications of this technology are mind boggling, with peak oil in the world becoming a very large problem, we are now over half way through the worlds known peak oil supply, and this has been achieved in a relatively short time frame considering, mainly within the last one hundred years, from the start of the industrial revolution age.

It appears that water fuel cell technology may be the answer to this problem, although the concept is only really just starting to become widely used in public, with such things as the hydrogen car kit inventions, and its use as a fuel for industrial welding. The speed in which this technology has come to the marketplace for general use has unfortunately been very slow, due to the large oil companies and their tie with the resulting plummets in profits from the oil industry.

So hopefully we will see this technology increase in popularity, and get to the point where it can no longer be denied by those corrupt people in power. It is time for us as human beings to wake up and realize that unless we make some pretty drastic changes to the way that we are finding energy and the way we utilize the planets resources, then we may just wind up in a very bad place.
